From Interstate 77, the WV turnpike, take the Mossy Exit, number 60. Turn left at the stop sign at the intersection of County Route 15 and 612, following County Route 15 for approximately 1 mile to the community of East Kingston. Turn right onto County Route 1 (Kincaid Road) and travel approximately 1 to 1.5 miles. The tract will be on the right.
